Having spent several years working closely within conflict-affected communities across the Northern Belt of our country, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the realities on the ground. You know me well enough to understand that I always speak openly and honestly—when things are good, I say so without hesitation, and when they are not, I do the same.
Based on what I have personally observed, as well as what many of our people continue to express, I feel compelled to publicly acknowledge and commend your efforts. Your dedication, quiet professionalism, humility, and commitment to duty have not gone unnoticed.
You have become a source of inspiration, particularly for the youth in the Northern Belt, where strong and principled role models are greatly needed. Your leadership style—practical, hands-on, and selfless—has made a meaningful difference in the lives of many and has contributed significantly to the sense of safety and stability in our communities.
Even though you are based in Accra, it is important for you to know that your impact is deeply felt across the regions you serve. Many people speak with genuine appreciation about your character, your accessibility, and the positive influence you have on those fortunate enough to interact with you.
My brother and Coordinator, your journey of service is far from over. There are still many challenges ahead and many victories yet to be achieved in the Northern Belt. It is my sincere prayer that Almighty Al-Razzaq, the Ultimate Provider, grants you greater wisdom, strength, protection, and the resources needed to continue fulfilling your mission.
