Business Mogul Kudah Adams enstooled as Torgbi Kudah II, Sɔhɛfia of Klikor Traditional Area

Businessman and entrepreneur Kudah Adams has been enstooled as Torgbi Kudah II, Sɔhɛfia (Youth Chief) of the Klikor Traditional Area, in a ceremony that brought together chiefs, elders, youth groups, and residents to celebrate the appointment.

The colourful installation ceremony marked a significant milestone in the traditional leadership structure of Klikor, with many describing the move as a strategic step toward strengthening youth engagement and community development.

As Sɔhɛfia, Torgbi Kudah II is expected to serve as a vital link between the youth and the traditional council, championing initiatives focused on education, entrepreneurship, skills development, and social advancement.

Speaking after his enstoolment, Torgbi Kudah II pledged to leverage his business expertise and professional networks to create opportunities for young people within the community.

“The youth are the future of our tradition and development. I will work with elders, government, and private sector partners to advance skills training, employment opportunities, and investment in Klikor,” he stated.

Traditional leaders praised the appointment, noting that empowering young leaders is essential for preserving cultural values while embracing innovation and sustainable development.

In a related development, Mama Wosime II has also been enstooled as Sɔhɛnyɔnufiaga of the Klikor Traditional Area, reinforcing the traditional council’s commitment to promoting youth development and economic progress.

Her installation follows shortly after that of Torgbi Kudah II and forms part of broader efforts to strengthen leadership structures dedicated to community transformation.

Mama Wosime II brings extensive experience in business and entrepreneurship to her new role. Her portfolio spans several sectors, including international trade, hospitality, tourism, and corporate innovation.

Her business interests include:

  • Export and import operations focused on international trade
  • The Place Restaurant, a hospitality and food service enterprise
  • Beach resort development within the tourism and leisure sector
  • International intrapreneurship, driving innovation within global organisations

As Sɔhɛnyɔnufiaga, she is expected to spearhead initiatives aimed at empowering women, supporting youth skills development, and attracting investment opportunities to the area.

Traditional authorities expressed confidence that her expertise in trade and tourism will contribute significantly to the economic growth and development of the Klikor Traditional Area.

The dual enstoolment of Torgbi Kudah II and Mama Wosime II is being viewed as a major step toward fostering inclusive leadership, youth empowerment, and sustainable community development in Klikor.
